hey, i just bought a 2000 Saab 9-5 aero yesterday. all my friends tell me to upgrade the turbo, get a borla exhaust, and maybe an intake. is any of this worth it? also i like the stock quiet humm but still want a new exhaust. what do you guys recommend?

If you want quiet go for a BSR exhaust. The turbo is good up to bout 300hp, and you're nowhere near. The intake is really unnecessary and a K&N drop in will do. Consider an upgraded downpipe as that will give you the most noticable effect and may be an upgraded intercooler. I would reflash teh ECU with a more aggressive tune and do the SID mod which will allow you to display parameters on the SID. Things like ignition timing and such. It becomes useful when troubleshooting and if you ever start tuning it with your own software.
