hello, I have a 2004 saab 9.5 turbo and the air conditioning will not blow. I dont know if its the blower or the control panel. I replaced the major fuse under the hood but was wondering if there is a smaller one under the steering wheel with the other fuses that might need changing? I have taken it to several auto repair guys and they tell me they need a code to get in it. Not sure just what they are taking about if anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it very much VERY HOT IN TEXAS Thanks Sally
