I inherited this saab from my dad and they had issues a year ago with it starting and changed the NSS, it started having an issue lately of not wanting to restart then after about 30 minutes starting, so I replaced the CSS and DIC. It makes a squeaking sound like a pulley and acts like it has a hard time turning over and when it starts it wont idle and dies when you take your foot off the pedal. Any ideas? Could a tensioner pulley cause the "bogging" issue and maybe cause it not to stay running?
