Default turbo to non-turbo

well, im not new to cars, but i dont know quite that much about them. have a 94 900s 2.3. my dad has a 95 2.0t. he has some problems with a computer chip and his cat converter. soo, he bought a 97 2.0t all beat up and crashed... except for the front (lucky me) i say that because it has a perfectly good turbo system in the car. i want to put it in my saab, because ive driven the 2.0t, and its pretty fast... so im thinking putting the turbo in my car will make it pretty gosh darn fast. my dad will help me put everything in, because hes a mechanic.. but i dont know what else i will need to buy, or tamper with besides what the other car has to offer. (ecu, block, exhaust?) i need advice.

Default RE: turbo to non-turbo

you will need the proper turbo manifold...and you will also have to make sure that your fuel system will accomodate the increased engine flow...also, you may be able to get some gains from the turbo'd NA motor, but turbo motors have much lower compression to accept more boost, so the stock bottom end of the engine will only handle so much boost.
