im gonna to the INFAMOUS engine swap
ive talked about it in recent polls...people said i was crazy for doing the things ive done to my saab? but ill fill that tuners playground up when im done...ive been checking out saturn sky engines...theres about a 99percent chance Im gonna have it installed in my 03' 93...Imma do mods to the engine that would be close to impossible in the Engine I have now...ill keep people posted with pics and info when i do this CRAZY FEAT.....and roto thought the nintendo install was crazy
whatever it takes roto...ive bene chekcking out the 2.4 liters and ALSO the ion redline 2.0 liters both are interesting...imma do engine swap for sure...still deciding which engine...im trying to avoid RWD but I might lean that way...redo the whole backend?I can get the SKY engine but im trying to find a redline engine for FWD purposes...imma figure something out
Converting to RWD isn't THAT difficult, you just need a good welder/fabricator...if I were you I'd take the SKY redline or the Solstice GXP engines...(although ecotecs are not my most desired list, I'd just do the LS1 with a rear mounted vette tranny)
ha yea the ls1 would that even fit under my hood after pushing the fire wall back..ill keep everyone posted and let u know my final path..I havnt checked out them pontiac engines a whole lot maybe ill give them a shot...
that might be a litle out of my funding....as crazy as that might sound...man would that be sweet though talk about the ultimate sleeper? whod see that coming?
ls1 is sick but imma stick with my saturn engine...even though its prob no saab engine but mod wise it will be right up my alley....and now that im back in Hawaii (been in maryland with family forever!) it feels good to be back home.....you can make it your poster car for your site haha and ill make sure to put tire shine on the tires when I take that picture
nice... when you put a turbo on it, let me refinish it... https://saabforums.com/m_2467/tm.htm

More than enough space there.
