Hello, I have had these tucked away for too long (2000) I have a new set of lock down Thule arms, Thule scissor arm (large frame) bike rack and still in the box ski or snow board rack. Have all keys and these are new. Make me a reasonable offer and come and get 'm. I am in central New Hampshire.
