Default 2002 9-3 suddenly won't start

I parked my2002 9-3 with 57K at the gym, then came back about 90 minutes later and it won't start. I can hear the fuel pump working when I turn the ingnition on. The engine cranks over just fine, but it does not fire at all, not even a little. It has been running fine, without missing or stalling, so there was no forewarning of the problem.

Is is a crank sensor? Cassette? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

do you have a friend with the same color cassette as yours? You could swap it out and test if that's it...
