My 2006 9-3 Arc is experiencing some weird wiper problems. After turning it off, or when in intermittant mode, the final resting position is in the middle of the windshield. It won't go all the way down. Anyone know how to adjust this?

Not sure if its related, but I recently had an auto shop fix the wiring harness under the front driver side headlight that had worn due to scraping in the snow. Anyone have any thoughts?

I'd take it to the dealership. You're a 2006, so you still are under warranty.
