Exclamation Weird Starting Issues...

I live in a Rural Area in Utah so it's hard to find a mechanic that knows anything about Saab's. That being said, I'm having issues with my 2002 93 Saab 2.0

Ever since I bought my Saab, there's been troubles with Starting the car after periods of time. When the car's warm, or has been driving for longer than 20 minutes, it wont start. The key turns, the lights come on, and it clicks.
...This leads me to thinking it's a problem with the solenoid getting hot, or the starter being stuck. So I bought a used starter from someone else, installed, and the same problem occurs...

Any recommendations for the next step?

P.S. Keeping my first question in mind, the last few days, when I've started my car, occasionally the day lights, the blinkers, the power windows, and the window wipers wont work. Strange... The car starts, but none of the electricals seem to work unless I continually switch it on and off until they do.

Could these issues be tied together somehow or are they separate?

Please Help fellow Saab dudes!

Default starting issues

I have a 2003 9-3 and I was experiencing similar situation and I took it to my saab dealer and they told me one of my battery cables was loose and shorting out. They tighten it and all was working well. I also had another starting issue and it was crank angle sensor. These were two seperate issues and two seperate times.
