2001 93 aero coupe traced noise to water pump using the old mechanics stethoscope garden hose strange fail mode belt off feels fine smooth etc only makes noise when warm and then intermittently anyway cut to the chase the water pump is ready to come out but i am hung up on what looks like a small pipe right underneath the pump going to as far as i can tell to the intake side of the turbo which is the only end i can access banjo once that is disconnected will have to thread pump out a bit with that end of pipe still connected to gain access to bottom to undo will someone tell me i'm not going crazy because i don't see any mention of this in the wis i have, and no info on forums just a last gasp try for enlightenment before i do battle again in the morning thanks in advance for any help
