have a 2000 9-3 hatchback. ACC unit has no power. Get slight amount of heat out of vents, but display and any buttons on the ACC does not work. Checked fuses, all good. Recently had the unit swapped out to solve pixel issues, now I'm beginning to wonder if that was a good idea. Any ideas on how to diagnose and fix the problem?? Thanks for your help.

 

You're getting heat out of the vents because the blend door is open on heat and when the car moves you get air pushed inside, sometimes even head wind does it when stationary. Did the new unit ever work in the car? Which exact fuses did you check? Pull the unit and check with a multimeter if you're getting power to the unit first of all.
