Default Frustrated

I have 1999 Saab turbo 9-3 turbo convertible but top doesn't go down. Says check soft top storage. THERES NOTHING in there or in the way or blocking it. Guy I bought it from said he was told hydraulic line. I can't find any leaks. An today, the clutch pedal is now straight stuck to floor. If I start it in first I can straight shift it an drives fine without using the clutch pedal but I don't want to mess it up. Only did on freeway to make it home an avoid tow truck bill. Single dad an need it for work as I jus started my own business. NOBODYY works on saabs here in Spokane, WA an I'm not sure what to do.. how do I know the difference between the slave an or master to replace? I can't afford to jus guess an throw parts. I don't get response notifications from here so if anyone has any ideas or can help.. PLEASE. email me at shaynelopin@gmail.com thank you in advance
