I took your advice and finally found a 1999 9-3 produced in Jan 1998. It only has one problem, the A/C blows on low no matter what. Its not **** driven, if that matters. Ive read about this problem somewhere, but im not sure if it was with the standard ***** or not.

Did I ever mention how much I have ACC? I'll look into it. It's one of those things I have little clue about since I don't deal with it.

 

Mmmm...my car, like many I've owned before, has this constant air-on thing happening and you know what I do to stop it? I hit the recirc button. That stops the air from coming in.

 

Usually, problems of this nature, are the result of a failed fan control module.
