The outer rods are pretty straightforward. Undo the pin, unbolt it from the knuckle, separate it with either a fork or a puller and than screw off the tie rod end. Why do you need to do the inner tie rods?

I took it into the dealer to get it aligned and they told me they couldnt do it because i needed new tie rods. I told them i would do them myself so i asked them if i need to replace the inner and outer and they said yes. Should I replace them or just replace the outer...or maybe just replace the inner bushings and outer tie rods. Which rout should i go? How hard are the inner bushings to replace?

You need to know why they told you they need replacement. I bet the adjusting nut is froze. Take the front wheels off and inspect the tie rods. I'd replace the outers regardless, but if the inners have the adjusting nut is frozen in them you might need to heat them up a little and get it out. After which you can clean it up, soak it in oil and use anti seize. It'll save you money on parts and you will know for sure what needs to be done and what doesn't.

Open the hood and from the driver's side look at the steering back...you'll see two bolts...
