MAP sensor hose / manifold connection

Question MAP sensor hose / manifold connection

I believe my 2008 Saab V6 Aero is missing a vacuum hose. While replacing the brake booster vacuum hose, I noticed the MAP sensor, (OEM part 0 261 230 101), has a nipple with an O-Ring for some type of connection however nothing is connected to the MAP sensor, (it is simply open to ambient air pressure). I assume there should be a hose connected between the MAP sensor and the intake manifold but I cannot find the location / port to which the MAP is to be connected. I've searched through some workshop diagrams and came away with nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Smile Not a MAP sensor

Further investigation, (looking at the intake manifold parts diagram of the B284 engine), reveals this component, (OEM # 0 261 230 101) to be an "Atmospheric Pressure Sensor" not a MAP sensor. If this is fact, then there will be no hose connection. Why then does the sensor have an O-RING on the nipple as if it were to be a sealed connection? I suspect this sensor might be utilized in multiple applications and there for the O-RING is always included.
