Need Help
(Immobilization Failure Message)
2004 9-3 aero
I know this may be a long shot but the LCD on my Speedometer/Instrument cluster started to bleed and was only getting worse, it was impossible to determine the read on the trip meter and it was working its way toward the odometer. I went on ebay and found a replacement with very close mileage and installed it but now my car wont run. Is there anyway around bringing it to the dealership to get the "Imobilization Failure" cleared? The fuel pump cycles, guages work, mileage reads and everything but again.. it wont start.
-I've unplugged the battery.
Please help if you've seen or heard of this.
