Non working climate control, no heat
 

Hello, just joined trying to find a solution on how to tackle this problem.

My girlfriend has a 2000 Saab 9-3 that the climate control is not working. It only blows out the front facing vents no mater what is selected, and there is no heat at all. The temp selection nob is missing and I can not turn it with a pair of pliers...

I'm assuming the mixing door is jammed or something similar... Anyone have any ideas on how go about tackling this? Or even a schematic of whats behind the dash? All I need is to get heat and to have it blow out on the windshield... car is almost undrivable in the Pacific North west during the winter...
