Hello, just joined trying to find a solution on how to tackle this problem.

My girlfriend has a 2000 Saab 9-3 that the climate control is not working. It only blows out the front facing vents no mater what is selected, and there is no heat at all. The temp selection *** is missing and I can not turn it with a pair of pliers...

I'm assuming the mixing door is jammed or something similar... Anyone have any ideas on how go about tackling this? Or even a schematic of whats behind the dash? All I need is to get heat and to have it blow out on the windshield... car is almost undrivable in the Pacific North west during the winter...
