Default air conditioning

SAAb 9-5 (2001). Air conditioner is barely blowing. Module and Blower have veen replaced. Compuetr marks the correct temperature and shows that the blower should be at full power butn no air comes out. The technician has tested almost every cable. Initially runs but after the system has run for a while the blower slowly starts deccelerating until it stops. Does any one have any suggestions?

I had a similar problem. My A/C filter was clogged to the point that no air was passing through. Have our mechanic check the air flow filters, not the electrical system.

And perhaps a calibration of the system.
Check manual on how to recalibrate.
