1998 900 SE Turbo hard starting and running rich
Hi all. This car has a new fuel pump, new fuel regulator, new pcv valve and new throttle cable and all hoses seem good. It cranks for at least ten seconds before starting and when it does start, it runs very rough. If I can manage to get it out on the road it seems to run reasonably well in mid and high-range. It is consistently throwing a P1075 (running rich) and an occasional P30X (misfire on cyl # X). I have cleaned the AIC valve, which changed nothing. The Bosch AIC valves are on the expensive side so without sone other way to definitely diagnose an issue with it, I'd prefer not to just buy a new one and try it. Are there some definitive diagnostic steps I can take or other components to check? I have a Haynes manual for this car which covers so many different model years it can be difficult to get anything useful from at times. Are the Bentley manuals better (and available)? Thanks for any guidance.
