1995 9000 aero manual with TCS

i just bought this car last week. i knew it would be a project. i am replacing all vaccume lines, cleaning the throtle body, new nkg spark plugs, new filters, new head gasket (within the next 5k miles) and the basic flushing of fluids; coolant, oil, gearbox.

i believe im going to need a saab mechanic to recalibrate the tcs after the cleaning of the throttle body.

any other thoughts i should consider?? thanks for any advice...
