I bought my 1975 Saab 99 in 1983 and that owner told me it was an EMS model. Since then a knowledgeable Saab mechanic told me that it is not an EMS. The VIN is 99757004926 and the VIN decoder site does not search for cars with less than 17 digits in the VIN. I am preparing to sell my 99.
