Default SOUND SYSTEM

Good morning to you all.

Well I have had my Saab TID 150 Sportswagon for three days now and Im well impressed.
Only one thing wrong. The sound system is totally rubbish. ( I can think of stronger words ) I have two speakers in the front dash and two speakers in the rear boot lid. Thereare speaker covers in the doors, front onlybut Im almost certain there is no speakers actually in there.
Has anybody any ideas how to improve the sound quality ? How hard is itto replace the exsisting speakers ? Any advice would be much appreciated.
