I have a 9-3 and my dashboard lights and acc lights were dim and my sid is blank. My radio was dim however it silled played. I read a thread advising to remove fuse 14 with the engine running to try and reset. I did do this and the dash and acc lights lit up without me re-inserting the fuse but the radio went out. When I re-inserted the fuse the dash and acc lights went back out and the radio was able to be powered on and play.

Can someone please help me understand why this would happen.
