EVENT BADGES:
There is a nominal $7.99 charge for each participant,12 years and older. There is no additional charge for children under age 12. Your name badge gains admission to the Friday evening cookout, Saturday catered lunch and Sunday Lunch cookout. There is no additional charges with any of these meals. **PLEASE NOTE: The Saturday evening SAABarbeque has an additional charge and is not included with the purchase of your name badge. Those attending the Saturday SAABarbeque will receive a separate wristband to designate their participation. Barbeque tickets are priced in addition to the badge charge, on a per person basis.
VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS:
SAABs@ Carlisle 2009 held in conjunction with 2009 Import-Kit\Replicar Nationals. Includes weekend admission for two people and showfield parking for (1) car. ***You must also purchase (1) SAABs@Carlisle Admission Badge per adult attendee to gain admission to Friday,Saturday and Sunday SAABs@ Carlisle activities*** You may register additional cars owned by the registered attendee. Tow vehicles, trailers and RV's MUST be registered in their own categories; They do not qualify for the multiple car show field pricing.
Saturday People's Choice Show:
Sponsored by Don Fatzinger Automotive, Robesonia, PA. Saturday is the big day of the event. Attendees will park their cars by model type, at the direction of the club staff. Attendees will receive a voting ballot and will cast votes for their favorite SAABs by category. When completed, this ballot must be exchanged for your free lunch ticket. (Please turn in your completed ballot before 11AM). The sound system is provided thanks to Times Square Lighting and Rob Riccardelli.
Saturday Lunch:
Sponsored by Sutliff Cadillac Hummer SAAB and catered by Mike Beare & The Corvette Grille, Annville, PA, attendees will enjoy a feast capable of satisfying the biggest appetities, but only after completing their ballots: No Votes, No Vittles!
Saturday Evening SAABarbeque, sponsored by Kelly Cadillac SAAB (Lancaster, PA)
Adult Ticket, ages 12+: Saturday evening SAABarbeque Dinner, to be held on the Carlisle Fairgrounds. Dinner will include Barbeque entree, vegetables, salads, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages. The event is BYOB.
