Look Good, Go Fast this summer.

This SAAB 900 Turbo convertible is a powerful fun little car that is great all year around. The car runs well, shifts smoothly, and drives very nicely.

The 2.0L turbo 4 cyl delivers good economy or grin-making power. Recently had new clutch and slave cylinder, new primary trans case seal, CV driver seals, and CV boots inspected and one replaced. Engine runs nicely and with no known issues. Turbo is in good condition and Brakes are in good condition with 60+% left on the front pads, no wobbles from warped rotors. No suspension clunks and the steepring is nice and tight.

Interior is tan leather but has some expected wear for an 18 year old car. Some stitching is beginning to seperate, and the driver's seat bolster is showing it's age a bit. In dash Kenwood CD player replaced factory tape deck. Power Locks, Power windows all function but passenger front window is a bit slow rolling up. Power top works great. AC does not function, but hey it's a convertible, what do you need AC for?

Exterior is in good shape overall. No major amounts of rust, but a few bubbles here and there. Overall it looks good for it's age. Convertible top is not original, but was replaced by Fabini's around 2000. Milage is unknown - like a typical SAAB the odometer stopped working! I would estimate milage at 175,000.

Interesting offer.... a guy inlocal paperin South Carolina was selling a similar (hi-mile) car several weeks ago. Your price seems right, and trans isfar better than slushbox. Biggest appearance problem is fading of the different "tan" interior parts so you see a variety of colors... easily fixed if you are good with a small spray gun and patient about fixing broken stitches. I assume from geography and bubbles that your car was driven on salted roads??
