Default Car won't fire. Turns over but won't fire.

Okay so my 2000 Saab 9-3 wouldn't re-start after I pulled into a parking lot. Figured out it wasn't getting any fuel. Had Spark but no fuel. It would try to start if I put some starting fluid into throttle body but then would cut out right away.

The fuel supply problem is resolved so now I have good pressure at throttle body area but now no Spark. Had the CPS Crank Position Sensor replaced. Can that be put in wrong?

Seems in reading things the CPS or the DIC can cause a no spark issue. Just seems so wierd that when I had no fuel supply I had spark and now that I have fuel supply I have no Spark. Almost like something is telling the car not to allow spark now that I have fuel present. Is that possible in this car?

It turns over fine and freely just no fire. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I've had a mobile mechanic look at it but no luck. He said it was geting some Mass flow Indicator codes but not sure if that is accurate or not. The Mass Flow Sensor Relay Meter seems to be fine and I have tried a replacement and no change in the cars ability to start. HELP.
