hi guys im new to this site and recently purchased a 1998 saab convertable since buying the car the engine check light has been permanantly afte many hour searching and trying to get a decoder which are unavailable i took advice and purchased a manual downloaded at a cost of ?10.00 then i did the flash test on pin no 6 and earth the fault showed adaptation short term i then cleaned air filter light still on i then cleaned the mass air flow sensor light still on on looking over to the throttle body i noticed a tear in the air pipe ,replaced this and the light went off no garage bills
