Hi, I have a 2008 9-3 Linear. I thought the lighter outlet in the ashtray wasn't working but it turned out that I needed to wait longer for it to heat up and pop out, probably hadn't been used in a while (I just bought this car a month ago).

So here's my question: Does the same fuse/electrics control the outlet in the armrest console? That one doesn't seem to give any power at all (when I plug in a phone charger cable that has a cigarette lighter plug at the other end). I'm also wondering about the vent in that compartment, and whether that is controlled by its own fuse/wiring, as it also doesn't seem to be working properly.
