Cruise Control

Hey I just bought a 1999 Saab 9-3 and I can't figure out how to use the Cruise Control. Can someone tell me? Thanks

Nobody seems to help on this site. They all just look at the posts and don't respond with anything. I would be better off at bimmerwerkz.com asking questions about a saab. Why doesn't anyone help on this site?
