Default Left low beam headlight failure

Ok I was being dumb playing with my headlight switch turning it on and off to see what the headlights would do because no matter what the setting was they wouldn't turn off after I did that I got the left low beam headlight failure and my headlight on the drivers side headlight is out. I have the xenon bulbs by the way. So when I got home I popped the hood and got down to the headlight and removed it and the bulb seemed fine as well as the igniter so i switched them with the ones from the right side and they work fine when installed in the right side. I checked the fuse and it looked okay. I'm wondering if there is a relay somewhere that may have be broken or if there is another problem. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

i think you have to check the connections, i am quite sure that the problem is in it only. get the car to a garage and get it checked.
