I have a 2006 9-3 Aero and now that the morning temperature is in the 50's, i notice the power steering is making a whinning noise whenever the wheels is turned. After about 30 minutes to stops. I was told this is normal for SAAB's or could there be a problem starting to show up.

sounds pretty normal to me. At least all cars I've owned did that.
