I've always wondered, on my '88 900 Turbo Convertible (2 dr), what the on/off switch does that is located next to the window switches. I can't figure it out, because in the manual doesnt have the on/off switch diagramed. I've tried, and it's not for the windows, or the roof, i was wondering if anyone knows what it is for...

 

could it be the passenger window disable?

 

defrost,pass window disable,take the switch out and test it it may not be in working order if you press it and nothing happens

 

yes, like in my 9000 its like a child lock on the rear windows.
i'd assume its the same for my 900, but it seems to not work.
