hesitation

Got a 93 900 w/150000 that likes to hesitate when its cold. played around, cleaned this and that any suggestions? I know, let it warm up, it has miles but, any help would be great!

My guess would be a cat on the way of being clogged in combination with blow-by... do a compression check and a backpressure test and may be a leakdown test. You'll get a clear picture of the motor's health.
