Default Interior Power Failure Issue Saab 9-3

Hey gang,

I'm new here. Trying to find some help with my 03 Saab 9-3. I seem to have several issues in the car that are very sporadic in nature.

The biggest one is that when I turn on the car, I have total interior power failure; A/C, Power Windows, Radio... Nothing works for at least 1 solid minute. Then I hear a distinct 'Click' sound and everything is restored.

This does not happen upon a cold start. And when it does happen, it usually happens multiple times within the same day. And of course, it's at the dealership right now and they say they can't duplicate the error.

Same thing with the Lock System Failure Error. It's not when I use the Key FOB to lock or unlock the car. Normally comes on after I've already started the car and in motion. It's very random.

The guys at my local dealership are total morons and say they cannot duplicate these issues. But I find it hard to believe that there isn't anything they can do to determine the cause of the issues. Doesn't the computer store all error messages?

Any suggestions? Anyone else have these problems?

Thanks
