Default 97 starting problems

I have a 97 Saab 900 SE Talladega. I'm having problems with starting. It usually takes 3-4 tries before it will fire. I've replaced the fuel pump which didn't help. I'm wondering if it might be a sensor causing this. The problem seems to be a little worse on cold morning starts but not always.
Any suggestions?

Default 2008 9-7x

I have a 2008 9-7x, everytime the weather drops below 15 degrees my car won't start. I have replaced the battery three times since owning the vehicle and the problem keeps happening. In fact, I just got another battery last year. So could you please give me some much needed advice?
