Default 2002 93 brakes

I have an update for my brake issue. I disconnected the ABS by pulling the fuse. Drove the car all day. Then out of nowhere, I go to stop and the brake pedal goes to the floor. Sounds like a master cylinder. Hit the brakes again and my brakes work fine. Now I'm confused. Usually when the brakes go to the floor, this is a sign of a bad master cylinder. But on the very next push the brakes are spot on. They hold pressure indefinitely. I am mystified and wonder if there is something in the saab brake system that myself and my mechanic are missing. Is there another relay or switch that could cause this? There is no code or any indication of leakage. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.
