99' Saab 9-5 hesitation issue
Well...Hello everyone. I am new to the Saab world. Always wanted one when I was a kid and now I finally dove into it. I do have a question concerning my recent purchase of a 1999 9-5 4-cylinder turbo. I bought it since I needed a mid-size car that could carry my wife and two boys. With gas costing what it does, my diesel SUV wasn't cutting it.
So far I am happy with the car. It's an aoutomatic with 93,000 miles on it. Everything seems to be in great shape. Drives fine other than one issue I am having. I have noticed that when I come to an abrupt stop the car almost comes to a stall. It doesn't stall, but feels as if it is going to. It also seems to do this when the climate control is on and I shift from park to drive. It's like as if the battery is being drained. The car starts up fine and never losses charge. I have a OBD-II tester and will try that this weekend to see if any codes come up. Who knows.
I just thought that I would throw this out there and see if anyone has gone through this before and might save me some time.
Thanks for the help!

153 and climbing!!!
Well...I guess nobody has a thought. I just had a new problem yesterday. Car won't go into reverse now. Just drive. Transmission light and check engine light are on. Towed it to a transmission shop. Time to get this crap from Sweden out of my life. Too bad that a car that looks this good is not worth much.
